All I would add is that if you need a simple rule to cut through the noise, here’s one: if someone was willing to lie to you about, say, WMDs in Iraq, or tax cuts for the rich stimulating the economy, or employee free choice, it’s probably safe to assume they’ll lie to you about health reform too.
