Good News, Everyone!

Hubert J. Farnsworth

I received word today that CtW Connect has been credentialed to cover the Democratic National Convention in Denver this August.

Woo hoo!

That means we'll be on the scene reporting live when the American Dream Candidate officially takes up the mantle against John McCain. Should be fun.

What would be even MORE fun, though, is to involve all you CtW Connect readers out there (and you are legion) in the process as well. So I've got a question for you:

What ONE question would you want us to ask the Powers that Be at the Democratic Convention?

Make your suggestions in the comments -- we'll pick the best submissions and try to track down the answers for you in Denver!

This web page is paid for by the Change to Win Committee for the American Dream and is not authorized by any candidate or candidate committee.

How about: Where is getting the Employee Free Choice Act passed on your priority list, and why?

To the candidate: The administrative cost of private health care is about 25@ commpared to 3%-5% for Medicare. How do you plan to control enormously high cost of private health care?

What would you do, as President, to start the U.S. back toward a healthy economy? This assumes that you do not have control over petroleum products and little control over interest rates.

What are you going to do about freeing working people and our unions from our dependence on a bankers' party, and restore the political independedence of the American worker?

recent presidents have attemted to strengthen the powers of the president at the expense of our system of democracy-will you continue that trend(signing statements, not obeying laws, etc.)
