Dirty Laundry

Cintas Corp., a uniform and laundry services company, has a history of breaking the law and violating workers' rights. In March of this year, Eleazar Torres-Gomez, a Cintas worker in Tulsa, Oklahoma was killed on the job when he was dragged into an industrial dryer that was missing a legally-mandated guard.

In April, Eleazar's son joined Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA) on Capitol Hill to endorse the Protecting America's Workers Act -- legislation that would protect more workers, require companies to provide necessary safety equipment for their workers, and increase penalties for companies that flout the law.

Racing fans are now demanding that NASCAR get Cintas' dirty uniforms off the tracks.
