Campaign to Change Wal-Mart is on Investors' Radar

Wall Street investors have taken notice of the broad effort to change Wal-Mart’s harmful business practices. Bank of America will host a conference call today to give its investor clients the opportunity to ask questions of two leaders of the campaign. Paul Blank, campaign director of the UFCW-sponsored WakeUpWalMart.com, and Jason Judd of Change to Win will explain the coalition’s efforts and the effect on consumer behavior, and ultimately, company profits.

The call is a clear indication of the impact WakeUpWalMart.com and the SEIU’s Wal-Mart Watch has had on the retailer’s public image.
