Change to Win seeks a Research Director and Senior Researchers to coordinate and oversee the research and development of innovative federal policy initiatives to ensure that government spending creates good middle class jobs.

The Research Director and Senior Researchers will lead research staff and will work closely with affiliates and allies.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and conduct research on federal policy, legal, and administrative issues
  • Provide concise written and oral research summaries to CtW leadership
  • Work with CtW leadership to develop and execute federal policy initiatives

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supervising staff and/or researchers
  • Four to seven years of experience in federal policy, legislative, social justice, and/or campaign research
  • Ability to effectively supervise and delegate work
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate complex analysis and conclusions to a broad audience
  • Team player able and willing to build strong professional relationships
  • Strong commitment to social justice
